Because we serve students from a variety of public and private schools and holidays vary from district to district, we are NOT closed for Winter or Spring breaks. We are NOT closed on in-service days, conference days or minimum days. WE ARE ONLY CLOSED ON THOSE DATES LISTED ABOVE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellations are to be called in directly to the office. Cancellations are NOT to be called to the teacher’s home or cell.

2 If the tutor has openings, you may schedule a “make-up” which will be billed at the rate of $48.50/hour ($57/hr if physics, chemistry, trigonometry , calculus, AP or honors subjects, and $56 for learning specialist). If the tutor’s schedule is full, we will try to schedule a substitute if parents agree.

3. A CREDIT will be issued in the event of a teacher’s cancellation and no substitute is needed or available.

TERMINATION OF TUTORING

Thirty days(30) notice is required (in writing or a call to the office) to terminate tutoring.
